Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Foundation supports a sandboxed development environment for Web and other hand solutions. However, the sandbox environment does not support exporting Web Parts that are developed in this environment. If you try to export a Web Part, the underlying purpose

The sandbox environment supported SharePoint 2010 does not support exporting Web Parts that are developed in this environment
