The Interdepartmental Committee on Immigration Control

January 19, 2009 detention center (ARC), located in basements of Commissioner Mériadeck has burned . Several people are accused of having caused the fire, and kept in custody for nearly a year to house arrest Gradignan. Following the fire, the ARC has been closed. A project to build a new CRA is underway for 2010.
Symbolically, the campaign for the closure of the ARC, will end January 19, 2010 by a second event.
Why closing unconditional CRA?
Because we believe that detention centers are the result of a policy of holding:

What is a CRA?
is a place of confinement where the administration maintains that it wants to deport foreigners. Legal status: sworn statement, duly signed and dated, that the candidate has fulfilled his fiscal and social obligations. Sworn statement that the candidate is not banned from competing. Sworn statement indicating that the candidate has not been, over the past 5 years, from a conviction entered in the register bulletin 2 court for offenses under Articles L. 8221-1, L. 8221-3, L. 8251-1, L8231-1 and L. 8241-1 of the Labour Code. The copy of (or) trial (s) spoken (s), if the candidate is in receivership.
Economic and financial capacity - means of proof required:
statement of the candidate's average annual and the importance of managerial staff for each of the last three years Bill of turnover achieved in last 3 years.
Professional reference and technical capacity - means of proof required:
presentation of a list of operations related to security and retention of people (= Rebelote, have built prisons, psychiatric hospitals and ARC) and that facility security in last five years showing the amount, date and recipients, public or private. To justify building professional, technical and financial other traders on which it relies to submit an application under Article III 45 of market public, the candidate produced the same documents relating to this trader as those that are required by the contracting authority. In addition, to justify that it has the capacity of the economic operator to perform the contract, the candidate produces a written undertaking from the trader.
