Professional reference and technical capacity - means of proof required:
presentation of a list of operations related to security and retention of people (= Rebelote, have built prisons, psychiatric hospitals and ARC) and that facility security in last five years showing the amount, date and recipients, public or private. To justify building professional, technical and financial other traders on which it relies to submit an application under Article III 45 of market public, the candidate produced the same documents relating to this trader as those that are required by the contracting authority.
