REVOLT IN HOLDING CENTRES

While our consolidated plunder resources the so-called "emigration", with the complicity of leaders, and that the money flows from one country to another without hindrance, to militarize the borders against humans. Within each state, the laws against foreigners are hardening. In this system, detention centers (ARC), where the government shuts it wishes to deport foreigners play a valuable role.

CLOSURE OF CENTRES OF RETENTION

FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT AND INSTALLATION

Whether to "internment" and "reunification "" Concentration "and" transit "and" work "or" detention "centers as administrative machinery to segregate, punish, control, or subdue them to work abroad, are a constant feature experienced any state policy of population management.

For years, the political-media constructions legitimize the existence of these detention places for people "undesirable."

Yes but ... this motion in the neck

Many those who in one way or another revolt against a world where millions of lives are hanging from bits of paper. Struggles multiply inside and outside of ARC in France, Belgium, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Turkey, Bulgaria, Malta, the Comoros, Greece, Spain, Italy ...

In Bordeaux, the detention center, located in the basement of police station Mériadeck, burned it ago one year, January 19, 2009. Three people who were trapped are charged with that fire and will go to trial. Reconstruction of the center at the same location is already planned.

The detention center in Vincennes was the biggest prison for undocumented migrants in France. On June 21, 2008, a detainee in vain had claimed her medication died there. The next day, detainees held in the center of a silent march, which was strongly repressed by the police. During the rebellion that ensued, the prison went up in smoke. 25, 26 and 27 January 2010 will be held on trial six persons indicted for the fire.

"Just after the fire, we have seen a proliferation of statements describing the event of tragedy. The real tragedy of life is hunted, in constant fear of being arrested and locked up for deportation. In this sense, the fire in Vincennes is a breath of fresh air. "(Testimony of a retained)

SOLIDARITY É É

In Vincennes like Bordeaux, without finding out whether they are" guilty "or" innocent "we stand with the accused because of fires that the only guilt lies in a policy that human beings are hunted down, arrested, imprisoned, deported. Each year thousands of people die trying to cross borders. The responsibility lies in the politics of migration control.

These trials should not be those of a few scapegoats, they could instead be a forum to denounce the immigration policy and demand the closure of detention centers.

They were many and all had the same goal: make a noise to break the silence of administrative detention centers (ARC).

Saturday, they marched in the capital of the Gironde on the occasion of two anniversaries: the burning of the CRA de Bordeaux, January 19, 2009, and the trial of accused undocumented fire CRA de Vincennes, which took place in June 2008.
Ready to make noise
The young group, formed in December 2009, met this weekend for the second time. Panels for freedom, banners, megaphones and a mess tins, protesters were ready to make noise.
However, they were surprised by the rain and another scheduled event simultaneously Victory cheerleaders swaying and waving their sticks in for the fight against cystic fibrosis.
So with nearly half an hour late that the demonstrators rebounded during the Aristide-Briand, before strolling across the city. Their remarks, as far as their leaflets are explicit: they protest "against the vultures who make money with the deportation machine." In addition to the closure of the CRA, they claim the system of imprisonment in France and establish the cause of undocumented migrants.
Tomorrow night another mobilization is planned from 19 am to 30 the first "anniversary" of the fire at the detention center of Bordeaux.
